Ford's Theater - Washington, DC. A National Historic Site, and the site of Abrham Lincoln's assassination. 

Heinz History Center  - Pittsburgh, PA. A great archival collection related to Lincoln, including materials related to Secretary of War Stanton and the inclusion of African Americans into the Union Army.  They also have a "Lincoln" bed, the actual bed Lincoln slept in during 1861 at the Monongahela House when he stopped in Pittsburgh enroute to his inauguration.
